RESOLVE VENTURES ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONSOLIDATION

Resolve Ventures Inc. has confirmed the effective date for the consolidation of one postconsolidation share for every six preconsolidation shares, as announced on Feb. 2, 2018.

The name and symbol of the company will remain the same. Effective at the opening on Feb. 16, 2018, the shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.

Postconsolidation capitalization:   Unlimited shares with no par value of which approximately 7,220,821 shares are issued and outstanding.
