RESOLVE VENTURES COMPLETES ON THE ACQUISITION OF WINDFALL PROPERTY

PDF Unavailable

Resolve Ventures Inc. has completed the acquisition of 100-per-cent interest in ground adjacent to Osisko Mining in the Windfall Lake area, Quebec.

The new acquisition consists of 29 map designated cells measuring 1,638 hectares. The majority of the acquisition lies in one block totalling 1,128 hectares, directly adjacent to the west of Osisko Mining's land position and approximately eight kilometres west of the Metanor Resources Inc. Barry gold deposit. The remaining cells mostly lie to the south, near the Osisko Mining Black Dog project. The property is easily accessible, with the larger block being traversed by a maintained road from Highway QC-113, and the smaller blocks being accessible by a network of logging roads.

Resolve president, David Baker, states: "The Windfall Lake acquisition offers Resolve a strategically located land position in this developing gold camp, where over $100-million in financings were completed by four major companies in the area in early March. Several significant gold deposits have been discovered in the Urban-Barry greenstone belt and Resolve is pushing forward for the next discovery."

The company's team is presently reviewing historical data on the property and will release further information on the property as it becomes available.

The technical contents of this release were approved by Case Lewis, PGeo, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The property has not yet been the subject of a National Instrument 43-101 report.

Resolve would also like to announce that after further evaluation, the company will not go ahead with the Connell Mountain property acquisition (see news release dated March 27, 2017).

The company is looking at ground adjacent to Osisko Mining northeast of the Windfall Lake project.
