RESOLVE APPOINTS DIRECTOR

Resolve Ventures Inc. has appointed Don Dybyk to the board of directors and as a member of the audit committee, effective immediately. Mr. Dybyk has previously served as a director of Holmer Gold Mines Ltd., a predecessor company of Lake Shore Gold Corp., and of Masuparia Gold Corp.

Mr. Dybyk will be replacing Martin Auyeung who has tendered his resignation as a company director, effective immediately. Mr. Auyeung is standing down due to health reasons, and the company wishes to thank Mr. Auyeung for his time and contributions to Resolve Ventures during his tenure on the board.
