RESOLVE VENTURES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

The nominees listed in the addendum to the notice and information circular for Resolve Ventures Inc.'s 2017 annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on Jan. 5, 2018, were elected as directors.

The company welcomes Alexander Helmel, the company's chief financial officer, and James Hyland to the board.

Mr. Hyland brings more than 25 years of experience in the public markets as a financial and marketing consultant, a corporate founder, and manager of numerous early-stage public and private businesses. His industry expertise includes mining, publishing, financial services, oil and gas, hospitality, technology, alternative energy, and health care appliances. He is currently a director of Tasca Resources Corp. and Aida Minerals Corp. Mr. Hyland has an extensive network of contacts within the financial community including brokers, fund managers, industry analysts and media, throughout North America, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. He earned a bachelor of commerce in entrepreneurial management from Royal Roads University of Victoria, B.C., Canada.

The company wishes to thank Earl Terris and Don Dybyk, who did not stand for re-election to the board, for their contributions to the company and wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.

In addition, shareholders ratified, confirmed and approved the advance notice policy, a copy of which is available on SEDAR under the company's profile.

The board would like to thank the company's shareholders for their continued support throughout the past year.
